Thread generation not working
Common issues and solutions for generation problems
If your thread generation isn't working, here are the most common causes:
Daily limit reached (Free users)
Free accounts are limited to 3 threads per day
Content too short
Need at least 200 characters for quality thread generation
Network connectivity issues
Poor internet connection can interrupt AI processing
Server overload
High traffic periods may cause temporary delays
Try these solutions in order:
- Check your usage limit
Look at the usage counter in the top-right. If you've hit your daily limit, consider upgrading to Pro for unlimited threads.
- Verify content length
Make sure your input text is at least 200 characters long. Shorter content doesn't provide enough material for a quality thread.
- Refresh the page
Sometimes a simple page refresh resolves temporary connection issues.
- Check your internet connection
Thread generation requires a stable internet connection. Try loading other websites to verify connectivity.
- Wait and retry
If servers are busy, wait 2-3 minutes and try generating again.
If basic fixes don't work, try these advanced solutions:
Clear browser cache and cookies
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
- Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear data" and restart your browser
- Log back into TweetThreadify and try again
Try a different browser
Test with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge to rule out browser-specific issues.
Disable browser extensions
Ad blockers or privacy extensions might interfere with AI processing. Try disabling them temporarily.
Check for content restrictions
Our AI filters inappropriate content. Make sure your input doesn't contain offensive language or prohibited topics.
