By accessing and using TweetThreadify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TweetThreadify is an AI-powered tool that converts long-form content into optimized Twitter threads. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with different usage limits and features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Pro subscription is billed monthly at $4/month and provides unlimited thread generation. Payment is processed through Stripe and is due immediately upon subscription.

No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Free accounts are limited to 3 thread generations per day. Pro accounts have unlimited usage but must comply with fair use policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service or use it for spam or malicious purposes.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service. Generated threads are provided for your use, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with Twitter's terms of service and applicable laws when posting content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
Spam or harass other users on social media platforms
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
Use the Service for commercial purposes without a proper subscription

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to paid features but may retain access to free tier features.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated content. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TweetThreadify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
